We loved it here - so close to the old city. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The dining room served good meals and the view of the old city of Carcassone was fantastic. Lovely place to stay.
Very nice hotel and all the the staff were wonderful especially during dinner & breakfast. Also Maree at reception was very helpful....

Un restaurant au charme fou avec une super vue sur la cité et les berges de l'Aude.
Nous y sommes allés a plusieurs reprises, le service est impeccable a chaque fois, le personnel est charmant et, surtout, on s'est régalés !
We enjoyed a fantastic meal at this restaurant which is situated on the 4th floor with panoramic views of the castle.
An amuse bouche of olives and gazpacho followed by a starter of mushroom ravioli.
For the main I had milanese veal with a delicious tartare sauce, and for dessert a vanilla soufflé with chestnut topping.
The food was delicious and perfectly cooked and came to €103 for three courses for two people with cokes.
Highly recommended.
