Si vous voulez prendre une pause anglaise, avec scones, crumpets par exemple, tout est là pour vous plaire, la deco, le thé servi ds des tasses bien anglaises, la boutique inspirée basée sur de la fripes et des meubles restaurés notamment, le service bilingue avec l'accent. Le tout So British. Un detour au Royaume Uni, sans se déplacer, très agréable.

Stopped by R.I.V.A. Concept Store and it's a game-changer. This place has everything—awesome second-hand clothes, crafts from local artists, and even DIY stuff like Frenchic Paint.
The restaurant is a must-try. Got two honey lattes that were out of this world—smooth and just the right amount of sweet. The banana loaf and scones were also killer. Moist, flavorful, and the scones came with cream and jam.
Staff were super chill and knew their stuff. If you're around La Châtre, you've got to check this place out. It's not just a store, it's a whole vibe.
RIVA has gone from strength to strength with the beautiful and welcoming boutique coupled with the warm welcome from its owner Lynne. Its a place that has welcomed artisans as myself to promote their craft and talents. A wonderful soft beverage and great light foods. Such a stylish place, you could wander around for ages. look at the vintage clothing to soaps and beautiful arts, really worth a visit❤
Such a lovely welcoming place to visit for unusual gifts, and a yummy cake with your coffee ☕️ vegetarian milks available and often there are dairy free cakes to choose from! Pre loved clothing and artisan products fill this interesting shop/cafe! A must for anyone visiting La Chatre is a mooch around R.I.V.A and a relaxing refreshing beverage on the mezzanine cafe or colorful courtyard.
This teashop and gift store is a lovely place to spend a relaxing hour, savouring lovely cakes and browsing local artists work. Highly recommended, especially the carrot cake!
Great place to meet for tea & cakes. French/English conversation group every Friday morning 10 to 12. Lots of craft jewellery, artwork and 2nd hand good quality clothing for sale.

Quality but inexpensive art products and decor are sold on the ground floor while the first floor is a delightful cafe, I whole heartedly recommend the toasted buttered Tea cakes, with a cup of English tea, served in and on English fine bone china.
An English tea room in France, enjoyed by French and English alike. There is also an upmarket second life clothes area, and they also have exhibitions.
