We stopped for wine at Café de l'Ormeau, but with the night falling and dinner options small, we ate there too. The date had the Côtes de Veau with a cream/sherry sauce and mushrooms and I had the veal Milanese with pasta, salad, and fries - both were good, sound, very French, and unremarkable. We were more entertained by a cute French bulldog going table to table and begging from anyone who paid attention. She was apparently the 'town' dog that everyone took care of. We also saw a fat, massive tortie (obviously pregnant) and other cats. Dessert was a pear tart with almonds and chocolate - also sound. Nothing was pretty on the eye but everything was sound and tasty. Fine, attentive service. 3.5 rounded up.
Merci Chefs, cuisinier et pâtissier, de nous avoir régalé ce soir, les plats sont copieux, les produits sont frais, la cuisine est raffinée du début à la fin, à l’ image de ce beau restaurant.
Pour les mécontents des prix pratiqués, la VRAIE qualité et le temps passé à la créer aura un coût partout où vous irez et ce dans tous les domaines !

Lieu très sympathique pour dîner. Il y avait un groupe de jazz ce soir là pour animer la soirée. Nous avons goûté plusieurs choix de la carte et tout était très bon. La foccacia est exceptionnelle.
