this was most possibly my best food experience in Paris so far and i had a few good meals there. Thanks to my buddy Danilo who took us there we witnessed 4 incredibe courses, mainly fish / seafood-based plus maybe the smoothest lamb i ever witnessed in my life. Absolutely fair at 48 €s and they have a little M *. The wine selection is outstanding and offering some deep references from France and also Italy. Well-chosen, worth the price, but not a bargain on that matter...i will most definitely return there next time, can´t wait. Service was outstanding as well, a lovely man with dreads who had the whole fully booked terrace under control. Nobody felt thirsty at any time....<3
Cadre cosy, personnel a l'écoute et d'excellent conseil.
Saveurs rustiques associées a des arômes plus modernes, la mariage est heureux ! Restaurant Italien oui, mais ne pas s'imaginer le sempiternel mozzarella/burrata/linguinis... Le principe du menu unique le soir facilite au final grandement les choses, pas d'hésitations et de possibles déceptions. Le parcours est cohérent, particulièrement accompagné de l'accord plat/vins.
Une excellente soirée, on ressort pas balourd, mais on a plus faim non plus, mais en tous cas on a la banane !
Difficile à Paris d'être vraiment surpris ! Et bien chez Dilia, nous le sommes à chaque fois... c'est beau, c'est ultra frais, c'est délicieux et en plus ils sont sympathiques ! Alors ? On revient...
Nb : vins naturels en prime et des vraies serviettes de table.
