We loved it! Very pricey for our price range, but so worth it. The menu was in both English and French (except for the specials) and we had no issues with the language barriers with the servers. Food was delicious, and when we asked for a wine recommendation, he did not point to the most expensive one on the menu! And it was delicious! The one downside is that it is on a busy street and the tables were crowded which made it noisy and smell horribly of cigarettes. But this is true in pretty much every large European city I think. Two meals plus a bottle of wine and dessert was 87 euros. Very much worth it for the tourist just getting through with the Eiffel Tower. Would return if ever in Paris again.
This is our favorite place to hangout when we are in Paris. We have eaten at many five stars at around the world. We are from California, we go to Las Vegas one a month to enjoy good food. So no, the food at it not as good as we are used to, but it's best for that area. We always had a fantastic server.
We went to the top of the Eiffel Tower and then went to Trocadero and Cafe Kleber for their 19.50 euro set lunch - the food and service were exceptional! Definitely recommend it - from 3 aussies
