Initially introduced to this "fine gem" by one of my partner's client, who I must say has a very fine palate, Texture is WITHOUT A DOUBT the place to go if you are visiting Saint Malo. The outstanding quality of each dish presented, let alone the creative presentation but their savour and amazing service just set us to happily return on our next stay. Since then we returned twice, the last visit being about a week ago, and I must say that they are constantly surpassing our expectations. The food is simply the finest in town, mostly organic or locally sourced products. If you have any query regarding the dish the chef, or even the lovely owner “Manu” if I recall well, will happily come to talk about their menu in a very friendly, yet professional and very welcoming manner. In fact, you do not need to ask they are just there and their fine words just incentivise you towards the “degustation part”. I won’t even start on the wine selection again mostly organic if not all, you only wish to return to enjoy more of their “cuvee”. All very reasonably priced. It is one of very few restaurant in this town that knows how to maintain both a fine menu and an excellent customer service, and most importantly always welcomes you. There is no better way to describe the unique experience, than watching the Texture video, which I have just discovered. See for yourself. I wish them all the very best for the future I am not sure we will be back before May 2017, but I am adamant we will return, and this means a lot especially for my partner who is highly selective when it comes to fine dining.
