A beautiful small restaurant brilliantly situated in the cool shadow of the Cathedral, and on a charming cobbled street. We sat outside in the courtyard and had a glass of dry white wine while looking at the menu. The food is locally sourced, and recipes focus on local Burgundian specialities. I had a wonderful salad that included a rich foie gras, slices of cured duck breast and a fig spread, fresh green beans, and local bread. The food was delicious and the ambiance of the restaurant very good - certainly fresh flavours of burgundy. The prices are reasonable, perhaps a little on the high end.
Only complaint is the poor waiter was alone and had to serve the entire room. The food was very good and reasonably priced. Make a reservation.
Walking around, we happened upon this restaurant. Loved the ambiance. Excellent service with great knowledge of the food. All the food is locally supplied. The preparation was excellent! The flavor was absolutely amazing.
We make it a rule to never go somewhere twice but we are going back tomorrow.
