Avis sur La Pizza Cresci

We've been here several times in the past, and service had always been sketchy at best. But the pizza is great and worth a bit of bad service. Not a busy nignt - a Tuesday in October, and we were told to sit wherever we liked, but then told to move. We got our drinks but about 1/2 hour later had to ask for menus. We received our meal quickly, ignored for anything further, wenasked for another drink, which never came. Asked for our bill, paid with cash, was never brought the change, which would have been a 20% tip ( in a country that doesn't tip). I had to ask for my change. I did tip, but felt it was completely undeserved. We are in Nice every couple months and try to come here for dinner but no more. Just because you think we are once in a lifetime people, guess again. You just lost a repeat customer.

Nice outdoor seating in a great location especially at night. Hit or miss food options. Had the pizza which someone else had suggested. Was a healthy serving but was HEAVY. So much cheese and it wasn't necessarily the highest quality of cheese. Tons of ham and some mushrooms and it was just heavy and greasy. Also had the mushroom gnocchi which was much better. Gnocchi could have been softer but the flavors were good. Good drink and desert options as well. Prices weren't bad and its a good option late at night if you want some options. I guess if you're really hankering for some Italian food or are looking for something decent lateish at night, check it out. Otherwise I would check out one of the other myriad of options in Nice.

This place has the most reviews in google so we went there. It was around 6:30pm, it was very popular, all the outdoor seats were taken. So we seated inside instead. The staff can speak good English, very friendly and helpful. I ordered minced meats spaghetti, the best ever I have had. My son had seafood pasta which was also good with generous portions and seafood. My wife and daughter ordered pizza, the portion was huge and tasted great. When we saw the check, it was a good surprise! The price was very reasonable! If you are in Nice, don't miss this place

Let's just say we were looking for a place to have some delicious pizza and pasta and we had our eyes on this place for a few days now. We finally came in and they were packed but they still did their best to accommodate us to sit outside as we requested. We went with a mix salad for starter and 4 cheese pizza and Sicilian pizza. They were all delicious and tasty. Service was also very good and fairly fast. We will definitely come back here again in a near future.

We had quite a few disappointing lunch and dinner restaurants so happy we went here. The spaghetti arrabbiata was really good and fresh. The pepperoni pizza we had twice here and excellent. Love the cheese mix and the pizzas come in a half moon and could be split between 2 people if not that hungry. The tomato and mozzarella salad was fresh and the tomatoes were delicious. If your looking for good pizza pasta this is definitely the place to get it at.

If you're looking for an American style pizza this is one of the best spots! The tiramisu is excellent as well. We got one for each person, not because they're small, it's just that good! Definitely worth checking out but as I said it's definitely more Americanized so go into it with that in mind.

The pizza here is great. The crust is what makes it so good and the pizza is enormous. I ended up getting a Parma Ham & egg (pictured). My wife got the pasta and it is very good. There are many different options and they offer many sauces. Create your own pasta dish. The tiramisu here is FANTASTIC as well too.

We ran across this place while we were strolling down looking for a bite. It did not disappoint. The menu was quite large, but after spotting the old wood-burning pizza oven and the happy pizza chef we ordered a pizza. The prices were so good, I assumed it would be a 10" pizza, like we are used to in San Diego, CA. So much better. The pizza's shape was so different that each of our handmade plates were covered and then some. A couple from the UK sat nearby and the man ordered a whole pizza. When it was served we all started laughing. It was so large that half of it hung off the plate. Not to be sloppy, but to make a culinary statement! We were all impressed and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. My husband and I took some of ours with us and enjoyed it on the train to Marseille the next day!

it was nearly midnight and we were hungry, options were slightly limited for the time. we got takeout. saw this was one of the few places prepend and decided on the ham & mushroom, as well as, the sardine pizza! considering it was just a half pie pizza, it definitely was pricey! but it was still very good pizza. not the best since i have had pizza in both NY and Italy but i also wouldn't complain if it had it again. the pizzas lasted us 2 meals and was just as good when we reheated it back up in the oven! but for €30 i would definitely prefer grocery shopping and cooking a meal instead - especially when everything is affordable and fresh in store!

We just had a lovely pizza lunch! The service is quite good, very fast and efficient. My hubs and I shared the Vegetable Pizza with eggplant and garlic and it was rather bland, save the spicy oil you can add. This morning lace is cute but what we ordered was average but not overpriced for the area. Anywhere else and it was massively overpriced.

Yay! I am a fan of this place :) This was a recommendation from our Airbnb host, and it did not disappoint. He told us it was the oldest pizza place in France, so of course we had to check it out. My husband had the Napolitan pizza (cheese, tomatoes, anchovy, and olives), and said it may have just been the best pizza he's ever eaten. I ordered the lasagne and it was dense but delicious! The atmosphere felt very 1950s classic, and I loved the homey touches like the black and white photos on the walls. We sat inside although there was a ton of outdoor seating. Our waiter was also great-- very personable and fun, and you could feel his positive energy. Overall I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a hardy meal in Nice!

Went here twice, and had two very differing experiences with the food. The first time, the pizza was sooooo unbelievably good. I got the pizza Napolitane which has cheese, sardines and olives. The crust had just the perfect amount of crunch with slight burn bits that made the pizza that much better. The bottom crust was also slightly crunch and it was amazing. Spaghetti bolognese - 1 star. Was truly mediocre at best. The pasta that they used reminded me of the kind that you can get at Denny's...not "real" Italian quality past but just the generic stuff. Nicoise salad- 1 star. The portion was smaller than the other places, the dressing was okay, and it was just not that good. Went back to this place for my LAST MEAL in NICE, because I couldn't forget the pizza experience from the first time around...almost at 5 stars. But no, the second time around: 1) Pizza was soggy and undercooked. No crisp on the bottom of the crust. It was just whatever. They seriously brought my food out at super speed for some reason, and I was noticing that all the people around me had the undercooked non-crispy crust as well. People weren't finishing their pizzas either. I should have known better, since right before we entered, I was looking at people's dishes and mentioning that it didn't look as good. I ignored my instincts and ate here anyway. 2) Service was terrible. Water took about several times to get it. I asked for Tabasco several times and finally got it. On a brighter note, they were really good at bringing out the check and cleaning up our plates. I had this pizza rated at almost a 5 star the first time around, but the second time it was 1 star. I suppose it just depends on what day you go and who's cooking in the back. Argh, it's a bit frustrating when the food is not consistent. Make sure to check out people's pizzas and how it's looking before you take a seat.

TOP. Arrivés vers minuit et malgré l'heure tardive le service est impeccable. Les pizzas sont très bonnes et bien garnies, elles sont de formes demi-lune mais très copieuses. Les pâtes aux fruits de mer sont délicieuses et vous avez le choix entre 3 formes. Ils servent en saison jusqu'à 01h00 et surtout toute la journée. 104€ pour 3 pizzas, 2 pâtes une 1/2 bouteille de Chianti et une pinte de bière, c'est très honnête. Encore merci à toute l'équipe pour ce bon moment.

J'ai vraiment passé un très bon moment du début à la fin . Le chef de rang ( en tenue noire ) nous a installé et à était très sympa et très réactif . Le serveur (Adam) a vraiment était sympa et souriant ils nous a mis '' bieng '' 😂😂 et pour finir les pizza étaient vraiment vraiment bonne . Je recommande et je reviendrai avec plaisir . Attiré par les commentaires et sa réputation - L'attente peut être longue dû au monde et aux horaires (nous etions sept, ce qui est normal) mais vaut le coup, c'est une très bonne surprise. Nous avons très bien mangé, les portions sont généreuses et le goût parfait. Je ne suis pas adepte des pizzas mais j'ai trouvé la pizza reine excellente. Le service est impeccable nous avons ete accueilli par Gregory et nous remercions sa gentillesse et son professionalisme. Je recommande hautement ce restaurant.

Excellente découverte, première fois que nous mangions des plats aussi bons, ma copine a pris une pizza reine, et moi des lasagnes, pour la pizza il faut savoir quelles sont toutes servis en demi pizza mais c’est amplement suffisant car bien garni, une pâte fine, croustillante et moelleuse à la fois, franchement excellent. Et les lasagnes on ressent le fait maison juste avec les pâtes épaisses et moelleuse, on différencie tous les ingrédients dans chaque bouchée. Un très très bon restaurant toujours rempli, et attention aux personnes qui n’aimes peut être pas, mais les tables sont assez serrées entre elles, ce qui est qu’un détail par rapport à la qualité du service proposé. Et pour finir un service au top, en 10 minutes nous étions servis avec des serveurs très souriant et vraiment sympa Merci à toute l’équipe pour cette belle fin de journée !

Depuis 1956, le 34 de la rue Masséna ne désemplit pas ! Dans la salle haute en couleurs ou sur la terrasse de la rue piétonne, le plaisir gourmand est toujours au rendez-vous. Le célèbre four à bois, qui aime s’offrir en spectacle, délivre une pizza vivante au goût unique, croustillante et moelleuse avec une garniture généreuse, au fromage soigneusement sélectionné auprès d'éleveurs indépendants et une tarte aux pommes divine pour finir tout en douceur. La maison propose également un large choix de pâtes, ravioli, gnocchi, risotto, salades, viandes et poissons ainsi que des glaces artisanales et des desserts faits maison.

Nous avons conclu notre séjour par un dîner dans ce restaurant réputé pour ses succulentes pizzas et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Bon accueil, service rapide. Les pizzas étaient effectivement excellentes, la pâte tendre et moelleuse, la garniture équilibrée et pas trop salée (la margherita était parfaite!). Seul point négatif, le bruit dans la salle bondée. On ne s'entendait presque pas parler. Sinon très bonne expérience dans un cadre éclairé par des lampes rouges disposées aux quatre coins de la salle et qui rendent l'ambiance chaleureuse et agréable.

Superbe restaurant pizzeria avec des produits de qualités. Nous étions 7 personnes pour une addition de 150€ boissons pizzas et desserts. Service parfait accueil, tout les serveurs vous prennent en considération vraiment parfait. ☺️ En famille ou entre amis je vous recommande fortement cette établissement 👌🏻
