Tried Senegalese food for the first time at this very friendly place in Paris. They even have a small kids corner.
We had Yassa Chicken and Pan prawns with curry, all with rice. Loved the food which was delicious and had the right balance of spices. I was not sure what juice to pick and was leaning very favorably toward the exotic Baobab fruit juice when we were presented with samplers of all three juices on the menu: Hibiscus, Baobab, and Ginger. Picked Baobab in the end and did not regret it.
Service was excellent. The person attending to us was the kindest and took care to listen to each and everything that we had to say. She also gave us a cup of their spicy, hot sauce to taste. I left a happy person after my dinner at Le Petit Dakar. Would love to go there again.
